You will lead research, coach junior researchers, and build partnerships to advance applied research and education. A PhD and a strong track record are required for this leadership position.

• experience in coaching junior researchers.
• demonstrable success in partnerships and acquiring research funding.

Responsibilities

• Develop your own research within the Designing Value Networks line.
• (co)author scientific and practice publications.
• initiate and coordinate practice-oriented research projects with regional, national, and international partners.
• acquire external funding and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• coach researchers and lecturer-researchers.
• contribute to innovation in education by connecting research, professional practice, and learning communities.
• represent THUAS in relevant networks.
• contribute to societal challenges through interdisciplinary collaboration and impact-driven research.
