Job summary

The Hague University of Applied Sciences is seeking a Designer and researcher to strengthen connections between the Designing Value Networks research group, the Centre of Expertise, and study and research programmes. You will maintain intense contact with students and lecturer‑researchers while implementing diverse research and applied projects.

You will focus on co-creative processes, network design, and organizing events that foster dialogue and impact, while contributing to multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as design, transition management, entrepreneurship, business, economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in contributing to the implementation of research plans.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proficiency in creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Experience in providing education within the higher education arena.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and implement co-creative processes and projects that promote societal transitions.
• Design and build networks with the Centre of Expertise Global and Inclusive Learning.
• (Co-)Design and organize events that connect stakeholders and researchers for dialogue and impact.
• Conduct multidisciplinary research and contribute to the research agenda.
• Contribute to acquisition, development and implementation of grant applications and publications.
