Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Design Office Coordinator in Amsterdam to support mechanical and electrical design teams. You will organize information, coordinate design activities and ensure the team has what it needs to progress projects. This junior role suits someone with admin experience and an interest in engineering.

Working alongside engineers, you’ll learn the design process from requirements through reviews and delivery, with a clear path to more technical responsibilities as you grow.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in administration, project support or coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English with a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency with everyday office tools (spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
• Interest in mechanical or electrical engineering and data centre infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design meetings, prepare agendas and capture decisions.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, specifications and reports with version control.
• Support design schedules and deliverable trackers to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate document circulation for review and track comments to closure.
• Help engineers gather project information and prepare presentations and reports.
• Maintain queries and decisions registers and direct questions to engineers.
• Foster communication between mechanical/electrical engineers, consultants and project teams.
• Improve templates and filing systems as the design office grows.
• Assist with drawing, schedule or documentation tasks under supervision.
