Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Design Office Coordinator in Amsterdam to support mechanical and electrical design teams. You’ll help keep information organized, coordinate design activities and ensure the team has what it needs to move projects forward.

It’s a junior role suitable for a recent graduate or administrator aiming to build a career in the data centre industry. Working with engineers, you’ll gain exposure to systems powering critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in administration, project support or coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-up on outstanding actions.
• Clear written and spoken English; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and follow up on actions.
• Maintain organised records of drawings, specifications, reports and other design documents with version control.
• Support design schedules and trackers to keep deadlines and information up to date.
• Coordinate circulation of documents for review and track comments through to closure.
• Help engineers gather project information and prepare presentations and design review materials.
• Assist with straightforward drawing, schedule or technical documentation tasks under supervision.
