Job summary

MAKE, the production studio of TBWA in the Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Producer for TV, branded content and integrated productions in Amsterdam. You will independently manage productions from brief to delivery, coordinating across creatives, clients and external partners while maintaining budgets and timelines.

You will lead production teams, steer scope and quality, and advise on production choices to maximize outcomes across the Omnicom network. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant production experience in advertising or production environments.
• Experience producing large TV commercials, branded content or integrated productions.
• Experience managing productions from briefing through delivery.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Experience working with budgets, estimates, timelines and suppliers.
• Excellent communication with clients, creatives and external partners.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into production plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Independently manage medium-sized productions from briefing to final delivery.
• Work closely with creatives, clients, directors, production companies and external partners.
• Coordinate production companies, directors, crew, locations, casting and equipment.
• Develop or oversee production schedules, call sheets and production docs.
• Coordinate shoots and ensure all logistical and production requirements are organised.
• Coordinate post-production with editors, designers, animators and sound specialists.
• Own project budgets, estimates and changes in scope and costs.
• Steer timelines, scope and production quality; address issues early.
• Ensure usage rights, releases, licences and documentation are in place.
• Deliver final assets meeting technical specs and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams; advise on production choices.
