Medior DTP Designer
You love turning great ideas into perfectly crafted layouts. You know that the difference between “almost right” and “ready to print” is everything. As our Medior DTP Designer, you’ll be the person who makes sure every file, page, and pixel is exactly where it should be.
This role is all about precision, consistency, and craft, working closely with designers and project teams to bring concepts to life in a way that’s technically flawless and visually strong.
What you’ll be doing
- Transform creative concepts into production-ready print and digital assets
- Build and maintain clean, structured layouts
- You’re comfortable working for large corporate clients, where consistency, accuracy, and following guidelines are just as important as creativity, and you understand that not every project is about pushing visual boundaries.
- Prepare files for print (and sleep well knowing your preflight checks are solid)
- Handle image optimization, typography, styles, and grids with confidence
- Manage multiple versions, updates, and deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and external suppliers
- Step in with smart suggestions when layouts or technical choices can be improved
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience as a DTP Designer, Production Designer, or Graphic Designer
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office (mostly PowerPoint)
- A strong understanding of print production and technical specs
- A sharp eye for typography, spacing, and alignment
- Someone who enjoys structure, systems, and well-organized files
- Comfortable working independently, but happy collaborating in a team
Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- Familiarity with large brand systems or multi-market rollouts
- Basic experience with digital assets or interactive PDFs
Our process
After a successful first interview, we’ll ask you to complete a small test case. This helps us understand how you approach layout, structure, and technical execution, and gives you a feel for the kind of work we do.
Why you’ll like working here
- You’ll work on high-quality design work where craft really matters
- Clear expectations and room to grow into a Senior DTP / Production role
- A collaborative team that values precision as much as creativity
- Starting date can be flexible
