Corendon Hotels & Resorts seeks a passionate Demi Chef de Partie for The Gym by Sidney Schutte at The College Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott in Amsterdam. You will join the opening team, supporting the Chef de Partie, developing mise-en-place, and delivering high-quality dishes with seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook, Chef de Rang Kitchen, or in a similar kitchen role.
• Eager to grow into a more senior culinary position.
• Work accurately and remain calm under pressure.
• Genuine passion for gastronomy and quality.
• Team player with a positive mindset.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie with day-to-day operations of your section.
• Prepare mise-en-place and produce dishes to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff and trainees.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions in the kitchen.
