Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Delivery Partner to ensure efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to clients. You will collaborate with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to meet contractual deliverables.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude, 3+ years in staffing/HR/recruiting or related areas, and fluency in English and Dutch. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch at a professional business level.
• 3+ years in staffing, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service preferred.
• Strong cross-organizational communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit's products and services day-to-day.
• Maintain quality client service and daily site operations.
• Update SOPs to keep operations efficient.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiencies.
• Coordinate temporary requisitions via the VMS and manage staffing relationships.
• Meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and brief suppliers.
• Resolve issues for workers, managers, and staffing agencies promptly.
