Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit’s services to clients and coordinate with vendors and hiring managers.
• Maintain high-quality client service and day-to-day site operations to meet the Scope of Work.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures for efficient operations.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate requisitions and manage relationships with staffing desk suppliers.
• Resolve issues for workers, managers and staffing agencies in a timely manner.

About the Role

Delivery Partner (DP) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. You will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• DP is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services
• The DP must maintain quality client service and day to day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work
• Maintain an updated SOP "Standard Operating Procedures" for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently
• Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies
• Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through the VMS and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing desk suppliers and managers
• Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success
• Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing agency.

What You Will Need

• A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a "Can-Do" attitude!
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in both English and Dutch at a professional business level
• 3+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
• Experience with VMS is a plus
