Job summary

Magnit is a leading workforce management platform provider seeking a Delivery Partner to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients. You will collaborate with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to meet contractual deliverables and maintain service quality.

The role requires fluency in English and Dutch, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in staffing operations or HR-related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch at a professional level.
• 3+ years of experience in staffing, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit’s services to clients and coordinate with vendors and hiring managers.
• Maintain high-quality client service and day-to-day site operations to meet the Scope of Work.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures for efficient operations.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate requisitions and manage relationships with staffing desk suppliers.
• Resolve issues for workers, managers and staffing agencies in a timely manner.
