Job summary

Blyce, a technology delivery partner, is seeking a Delivery Teamlead to steer end-to-end software delivery. You will lead your development team, coordinate agile ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, on-time releases and strong delivery processes.

• Academic education level or equivalent working/thinking ability
• 10+ years of experience in project or delivery leadership roles in software development environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Deep technical understanding is an advantage
• Experience with project management and agile methods
