Job summary

Blyce, a technology delivery partner, is seeking a Delivery Teamlead to steer end-to-end software delivery. You will lead your development team, coordinate agile ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, on-time releases and strong delivery processes.

Qualifications

10+ years of project or delivery leadership in software development.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
Academic education level or equivalent.
Deep technical understanding is an advantage.
Experience with project management and agile methods.

Responsibilities

Lead development teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Coordinate Disciplined Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Monitor progress, timelines and delivery quality.
Identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies, and act proactively.
Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
Safeguard release quality and advise go/no-go decisions.
Drive continuous improvement within delivery processes.
