Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading medium to large-scale projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support proposal development.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical specialists.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Spot risks early and keep everyone moving in the right direction.
