Bynder Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager Intern to join the Rotterdam Workplace Experience from January 2027. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to office operations, events, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

You will work with the Amsterdam office management team and contribute to keeping the Rotterdam workplace running smoothly while learning foundational operations, HR, and employee experience skills.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship.
• Based in The Netherlands at the start of the internship.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in Office Operations to manage supplies, equipment, and workspace.
• Support Event & Program Management for internal events and activities.
• Collaborate Across Teams to support both in-office and remote employees.
• Learn Supplier & Vendor Management for coordinating services.
• Develop Multi-Tasking & Prioritization skills for efficient workflows.
• Enhance Workplace Culture through initiatives and employee experience.
