Job summary
PwC Nederland is seeking a Senior Associate Technology Deals to join the Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team and focus on the IT aspects of M&A transactions, pre- and post-deal. You’ll advise C-level stakeholders and work in an international, fast-growing Deals practice in the Netherlands.
You’ll leverage AI tools and collaborate across due diligence, carve-outs, integration and IT strategy, while benefiting from strong development opportunities and hybrid working options.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT experience in an IT consulting firm, Big 4, or related corporate IT strategy/transformation role
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Science, AI or related discipline
- Deal and M&A IT experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work on the IT aspects of M&A transactions, pre- and post-deal
- Advise C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CIO, M&A) on technology value creation
- Collaborate with teams on due diligence (digital, cybersecurity, platform), carve-outs, integrations, and IT-enabled improvements
- Support buy-side and sell-side projects with rapid opinion formation on innovation capabilities of technology
