Job summary

Eaton seeks a Program Manager Direct Current for Data Center (DC for DC) EMEA to orchestrate Eaton’s end‑to‑end data center power solution portfolio for hyperscale and colocation customers across EMEA. This senior program leader drives program governance, architecture alignment, and customer engagement across R&D, product management, engineering and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Reporting to the VP/GM, you will own program execution from concept to launch, ensuring schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems required or equivalent.
Master’s degree preferred for seniority and breadth.
10–15 years in power systems, electrical infra, or data center tech.
Experience with hyperscale and/or colocation customers; complex program leadership.

Responsibilities

Govern and orchestrate the end-to-end data center power value chain across multiple divisions.
Lead program execution from concept through launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Establish governance, milestones, escalation, and executive dashboards.
Coordinate roadmaps and align interfaces with R&D, engineering, product management, and commercial teams.
Engage with hyperscale and colocation customers; capture feedback for action.
Identify gaps, risks, and drive cross-functional resolution and continuous improvement.
