Job summary

ASML in Veldhoven, Netherlands, seeks a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our Asian food outlet. You will work daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends off, in an international team.

You will prepare a variety of Asian dishes while engaging guests in an open kitchen environment. Requirements include a Level 3 vocational chef diploma, passion for Asian cuisine, HACCP knowledge, and basic computer skills to handle orders and reports.

Qualifications

• Level 3 vocational chef diploma and relevant experience.
• Passion for cooking, especially Asian cuisine.
• Comfortable with computers for administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• English language skills; colleagues also speak Thai, Vietnamese and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh Asian-inspired lunch dishes daily, including hot meals, street food, noodle dishes and sushi bowls.
• Work in an open kitchen, interacting directly with guests.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing orders, quality checks and weekly reports.
