Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a large international industrial organisation to shape the Data & AI strategy and own the vision for the enterprise data platform. The role drives data-driven decision making, data governance, and AI capability delivery across the business.

You will align stakeholders from IT, data specialists, and external partners, translate requirements into scalable data solutions, and grow a data analytics community to unlock long-term value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, or adoption programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, roadmap development, or product ownership.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality management, metadata, and data ownership.
• Understanding of how strong data foundations enable successful AI initiatives.
• Experience with Power BI and modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Databricks is a plus.

• Salary between €6,000 and €8,000 per month.
