Levy NL in Randstad, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead two major transformation programmes impacting the Data Warehouse and Data Lake. You will act as the single point of contact for IT management and business stakeholders, ensuring changes land in a controlled manner across the entire chain.

This is a programme leadership role, not an engineering role; you will converse with engineers and architects as an equal, map dependencies, and keep the platform roadmap aligned

Qualificações

• Senior PM with large IT change experience.
• Data Warehouse/Data Lake experience required.
• Regulated environment (banking) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated planning for all changes affecting the Data Warehouse and Data Lake
• Map and manage upstream and downstream dependencies, from source systems to data consumers
• Translate programme demand into clear scope, priorities and capacity for the delivery teams
• Manage risks, issues and escalations, and report on progress at senior management level
• Keep two programmes with competing timelines aligned on one platform roadmap

Senior Program Manager - Data Platforms (Data Warehouse & Data Lake)

Location: Randstad, hybrid | Start: ASAP| Duration: 12 months, extension possible] Hours: 36-40

The assignment

For a large Dutch financial institution, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager within IT Management / Platform. Two major transformation programmes are running in parallel in this area, and both bring significant change to the Data Warehouse and Data Lake environment. You become the single point of contact for the IT area covering Data Management, Data Warehouse and Data Lake, and you make sure the changes land in a controlled way across the full chain.

This is a programme leadership role, not an engineering role. You do not build pipelines, but you understand the data and IT landscape well enough to see dependencies, challenge plans and talk to engineers and architects as an equal.

What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for the data platform area towards both programmes, IT management and business stakeholders
• Own the integrated planning for all changes affecting the Data Warehouse and Data Lake
• Map and manage upstream and downstream dependencies, from source systems to data consumers
• Translate programme demand into clear scope, priorities and capacity for the delivery teams
• Manage risks, issues and escalations, and report on progress at senior management level
• Keep two programmes with competing timelines aligned on one platform roadmap

What you bring

• Extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on large, complex IT change
• A proven track record in data-heavy environments: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, data management or data platforms
• Solid understanding of data and IT landscapes and how chain dependencies work, without needing to be hands‑on
• Experience running several large programmes or workstreams side by side
• Strong stakeholder management at senior level and the standing to act as the single voice for an IT area
• Experience in banking or another regulated, large‑scale environment [confirm: required or preferred]
