Qualifications

• Proven experience in programme management or data solution design within large-scale data transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of data integration, data platforms and data solution architecture.
• Experience managing project plans, Agile delivery methods and stakeholder communications.
• Budgeting, cost management and value-driven spending experience.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with data transformation and data quality tools such as dbt and Great Expectations.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong ownership and accountability from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plans, timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and maintain alignment across teams.
• Apply critical thinking to data integration initiatives and propose cost-conscious solutions.
• Support budgeting and ensure resources deliver value.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver integrated data solutions.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the programme.
