You will lead analytics solutions on a modern Azure, Databricks, and Power BI platform within a Data Strategy team.

• Experience delivering data, reporting, or analytics solutions across multiple business functions.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Power BI, and cloud data platforms (Azure).
• Understanding of data transformation and quality tools such as dbt or Great Expectations.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

About the Role

We're looking for a Regional Reporting & Data Product Lead to help shape and deliver data products that empower business teams with actionable insights across global markets. Working within a Data Strategy team, you'll lead the development of reporting and analytics solutions on a modern Azure, Databricks, and Power BI platform. You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple functions, turning business needs into intuitive, high-performing data products that drive decision-making and adoption.

What You'll Do
