Job summary

NN Group N.V. is seeking a Business Data Analyst within the Customer & Digital Data Office to enhance the value of customer data across Business Units and to enable data-driven engagement throughout the customer life cycle.

You will collect and analyze data processes, promote continuous improvement, create data models and governance standards, and advise stakeholders with data management expertise to unlock insights and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, data quality, data management or data analysis within large organizations.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and standards (DAMA-DMBOK).
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret and analyze information on bottlenecks and developments in data processes, tools and systems.
• Promote change management and continuous improvement for data quality and alignment across domains and teams.
• Create logical data models, the business glossary and data directory.
• Provide advisory support on data management topics to stakeholders and managers.
