Job summary

Sia, Maastricht-based global data and AI consultancy, invites you to join the Data engineering team as a consultant. You will work on client projects and build Sia AI solutions, collaborating with our French Data Engineering team.

You will implement cloud architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and data pipelines, with focus on security and scalability. Candidates typically have 1–3 years of experience and a Master’s degree, with fluent English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a strong quantitative component.
• 1–3 years of experience in Data, DevOps, Cloud or Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one SQL DBMS; NoSQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Data engineering practice and drive client projects.
• Develop and maintain Sia AI solutions in collaboration with the French Data Engineering team.
• Architect cloud-based data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
• Ensure security, scalability and reliable deployment across environments.
