Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree with 1–4 years of experience in analytics, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business value.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and influence decisions through insights.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact initiatives that balance service levels, availability, and working capital, while proactively identifying improvement opportunities and implementing changes that deliver measurable impact.
• Partner with stakeholders to support better decision-making in S&OP and S&OE processes, translating complex supply chain challenges into clear insights and practical solutions.
• Drive data-driven analyses to improve supply chain performance, including forecast accuracy, planning adherence, and operational efficiency.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in demand, inventory, and supply performance to support continuous improvement.
• Design and build dashboards, models, and analyses that provide transparency and control across the supply chain.
