Job summary

Kramp seeks an Analytics Business Partner to drive data-driven initiatives across the AI&T and Category & Buying domains, collaborating with senior leaders to set priorities and deliver actionable insights.

You will lead end-to-end transformation projects, steward data, analytics, and AI initiatives, and work with procurement and category teams on performance improvements within Kramp's international footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, strategy, or change-management with proven data-driven transformation experience.
• Strong business understanding including Category Management, Procurement and Product Management; B2B wholesale experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data analytics and BI reporting; code literacy is a plus.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sit as part of the Management Team of the Category & Buying domain and align with Directors on priorities.
• Be the right-hand to the VP of Category & Buying and ensure collaboration with Commerce leadership and project alignment.
• Work with Procurement and Category managers to accelerate data-driven decision making.
• Lead end-to-end data-driven transformation projects, including planning, resourcing, and stakeholder management.
• Advocate and educate leaders on data, analytics and insights in decision making within Kramp.
