Job summary

Kramp is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance digital capabilities in supply chain operations. This hybrid role focuses on analyzing processes in warehouse and transport management while contributing to the SPRING ERP transformation.

With at least 5 years of experience in supply chain, you will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration and measurable operational improvements.

Kramp offers a flexible working model from Utrecht and Varsseveld offices, 25 vacation days, and a profit-sharing bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain, Logistics, or IT.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch preferred.

• Analyse warehouse and transport processes and identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
