Job summary

Kuros Biosciences is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, from data collection to system governance. The role focuses on data-driven improvements across planning, inventory, and purchasing, with a strong emphasis on ERP data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will build Power BI reports, analyze forecasts and inventory, and support the global S&OP process to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with ERP systems and master data management.
• Experience in analysis & reporting with Power BI, SQL and/or Python.
• Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft D365 SAP or E1.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• English language, fluent.

Responsibilities

• ERP data collection and reporting across a global multi-site production environment.
• Maintain material master data and ensure data accuracy within ERP.
• Analyze sales forecasts, production plans, inventory and customer demand for S&OP.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for operations and supply chain.
• Ensure data quality and governance for master data management.
