Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1–4 years of experience in analytics, supply chain, or a similar role
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business value
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
• Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement
• Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and influence decisions through insights

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact initiatives that balance service levels, availability, and working capital, delivering measurable impact
• Partner with stakeholders to support better decision-making in S&OP and S&OE processes
• Drive data-driven analyses to improve supply chain performance, including forecast accuracy and planning efficiency
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in demand, inventory, and supply performance
• Design and build dashboards, models, and analyses that provide transparency and control across the supply chain
