Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, product-led organization (Product Analyst/Owner/Manager).
• Analytical and conceptual thinking rooted in customer understanding, data, and feasibility.
• Experience shipping products that are functional, delightful, and impactful.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator, able to unite diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Uncover truths: identify pivotal opportunities and forge a product roadmap balancing user needs with business goals.
• Design futures: map customer journeys with UX to shape features across shopping, delivery, and aftercare.
• Empower & scale: build and lead a high-performing product team in a rapid, agile environment.
