Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will guide site managers and teams to deliver substation and power infrastructure projects safely, on time and to high quality standards.

You will coordinate with project management, engineering, customers and subcontractors, ensure safe work practices, manage budgets, and report site performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• Experience in site management or project execution in energy/industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of substations, transmission systems, and electrical or mechanical installations.
• Strong leadership and communication in Dutch and English.
• Willing to travel regularly within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Lead site managers and site personnel for project delivery.
• Coordinate between project management, engineering, customers, and subcontractors.
• Support safe work practices and high-quality delivery.
• Plan resources, equipment, and skills for execution.

• You have a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• You are willing to travel regularly within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
