Job summary

JMG Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced HSE Advisor for a major data centre project in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You will support day-to-day HSE on-site, ensure compliance with Dutch requirements and lead safety observations.

Ideal candidates have data centre or mission-critical construction experience, NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications, and strong communication skills to drive a proactive safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for site coordination and safety leadership.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and risk assessments on large projects.
• Ability to work independently within a busy project team on a data centre construction site.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSE support across the project.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch and project-specific HSE requirements.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Support risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work processes.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams.
• Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors and project management.
• Promote a strong and proactive safety culture across site.
