Job summary

Kubota Holdings Europe is offering an internship for IT Engineering students who are passionate about data, technology, and analytics. You will help develop databases, user-friendly data-entry solutions, automated reporting, and Power BI dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders, HR, and IT.

The project targets the European business across multiple units and 50 entities in 14 countries. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Dutch university for the duration of the internship and have strong SQL

Qualifications

Currently studying IT Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of relational databases, data modelling and SQL.
Familiarity with Power BI or another BI tool.
Basic knowledge of front-end development, Power Apps or similar low-code tools is an advantage.
Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain databases and well-structured data models.
Create simple, secure interfaces for data entry without exposing full dataset.
Connect data sources to Power BI and build clear, interactive dashboards.
Connect data sources to SAP SuccessFactors.
Improve data quality, consistency and reporting processes.
Automate manual reporting and administrative activities where possible.
Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and document your work.
