NN Group is offering an internship in the Data & AI team within the CIO department. You will help shape KPI reporting, create a scalable framework, and apply it to a real business case using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.

You will collaborate with IT and business units, develop practical recommendations, and document findings in a thesis. The role emphasizes independence, growth, and exposure to international colleagues in Rotterdam.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Analytics or related field (HBO/WO).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into improvements.
• Self-motivated and independent in planning and conducting research.
• Willingness to collaborate in a diverse, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape how KPI reporting is approached within NN Group.
• Develop a practical KPI framework for organization-wide use.
