Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Lead to steer a team of data scientists and business analysts, delivering reliable reports, dashboards and predictive models for internal stakeholders.

You will set priorities, coach senior analysts, collaborate with Data Engineering, and drive data strategy across Portfolio Management, Finance, Risk and Investor Relations, reporting to the head of Portfolio Management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data teams and aligning reports with business needs.
• Proven ability to design and maintain a robust reporting environment.
• Strong background in analytics, modeling and AI tooling application.
• Track record of coaching and developing specialists.
• Academic level of thinking in quantitative disciplines.
• Excellent command of Dutch language for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data scientists and business analysts.
• Oversee standard reports, dashboards and data-driven insights for investors.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data infrastructure and models.
• Drive prioritization and manage the request flow across org.
• Engage with department heads and MT for stakeholder alignment.
• Embed collaboration with Data Engineering and evolve the reporting environment.
• Contribute to model design choices and AI applications.
