Royal IHC is seeking a Data & AI Transformation Lead to accelerate data-driven decision making across the organisation. You will shape the data platform, strengthen governance, and build foundations for AI-enabled transformation, influencing both business and technology teams.

The role focuses on adoption, enterprise data vision, and translating business needs into scalable data and AI capabilities to drive operational improvements and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, or adoption initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders.
• Experience with data platforms, roadmap development, or product ownership.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data ownership.
• The ability to translate business challenges into practical data solutions.
• Affinity with AI and a clear understanding of how high-quality data enables AI success.
• Strong communication, influencing, and change management skills.
• Hands-on experience with analytics environments such as Power BI.
