Basic-Fit is seeking a Data Analyst to own central reports and help teams become self-service across Europe.

You’ll translate business questions into clear Power BI dashboards, work with Data Platform Engineers in Databricks, and apply data visualization best practices.

You’ll join an informal, international environment with a hybrid office setup in the Netherlands and a competitive monthly salary of €3,500–€5,300, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including building reports, DAX and data modelling basics.
• Strong SQL skills to explore, validate and understand data.
• Strong data visualisation skills and design sense for dashboards.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate needs into reports.

Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with the business, from the first question to a clear, finished report that people actually use.
