Job summary

Artefact, a leading global data and AI consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned data and AI consultant to join its international teams in the Netherlands. You will help organizations implement best-in-class data and AI strategies, collect and integrate data, and securely store and analyze it, contributing to both client delivery and business growth.

You will lead client projects, oversee workstreams, manage relationships, and drive business development in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data and AI, with at least 2+ years in a consulting firm.
• Curiosity for tech and AI, willingness to learn, experiment, and dive deep where it matters.
• Fluency in English is required; any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects by aligning consulting, technology and AI talent to deliver strategic, sustainable solutions.
• Oversee one or more workstreams/projects, manage budget, capacity, planning and reporting; produce deliverables and presentations.
• Build and maintain trusting client relationships; identify opportunities and support proposals and pitches.
