Qualifications
- 5+ years in data and AI, with at least 2+ years in a consulting firm.
- Curiosity for tech and AI and eagerness to learn and explore.
- Ability to connect technical possibilities to business value and deliver quality.
- Engineering mindset and comfort collaborating with engineers and technologists.
- Analytical and technical mindset with data governance, GenAI, cloud strategy, and FinOps awareness.
- Ownership and entrepreneurial drive; proactive and accountable.
- People development mindset with coaching others.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
- Curious, hands-on, and passionate about solving ambiguous tech problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects by combining consulting, technology and AI talent.
- Oversee workstreams, manage budgets, capacity, planning and reporting.
- Build and maintain trusting client relationships and spot opportunities.
- Own business development, shape proposals and initiatives for growth.
- Coach consultants and contribute to their growth path.
- Support internal areas of expertise and participate in recruitment.
