DEPT® is seeking a Recruiter to grow the Data & AI services team across EMEA. You will partner with hiring teams, shape roles, and manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Analysts, AI Engineers, Consultants, and Data Scientists.

You will champion candidate experience, build pipelines, use market insights, and collaborate with leadership. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and in-house digital agency experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience in a digital or integrated agency.
• Experience hiring for AI Engineering and Data Analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams and advise on recruitment best practices.
