TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support specialist to join the Fitbit Team in Sofia. The role involves assisting users via tickets and calls, providing device usage guidance, and surfacing recurring issues to the team.

Relocation is supported with a €1,200 gross bonus, and arrival accommodation and travel are arranged. The position requires Danish fluency, basic English, and a customer-focused, long-term mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish for daily communication with customers
• Good command of English (B1+) for training and internal communication
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS usage

Responsibilities

• Help users with issues via tickets or calls
• Provide solutions to device usage questions on a customer-first basis
