Job summary

Mujin seeks a Sales Manager for the DACH region to lead solution sales to end users and system integrators, driving proposals and demonstrations of Mujin robotics technology.

You will travel up to 75% across DACH, Netherlands and Belgium, engaging with partners, end-users, and integrators; leverage a strong network in robotics and logistics to grow revenue and expand Mujin's market presence.

Qualifications

• BS Technical Degree.
• 10+ years selling complex material handling systems.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, robotics, sensors/vision.
• Pragmatic and able to balance cost, quality, lead time.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving under pressure.
• Proactive, hands-on work ethic.
• Strong professional network in automation/robotics.
• Valid driver’s license; travel up to 75%.
• Passion for cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and opportunities in logistics and factory automation.
• Drive solution sales to end users.
• Drive product sales to system integrators.
• Cooperate with technical team to develop demos and proposals.
• Lead site visits and travel up to 75% in DACH region.
• Manage system integrators and help them sell Mujin.
• Track opportunities in Salesforce.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events.
