Job summary

Mujin is seeking an Engineering Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization delivering end-to-end robotic and intralogistics solutions. You will guide execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring technical excellence across software, mechanical design, controls, and system integration.

You will shape system architectures, govern engineering quality, mentor leads, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in industrial automation or robotics system integration.
• 3–5 years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience delivering projects valued at €0.2–5M from concept to FAT/SAT.
• Broad knowledge of robotics integration, machine design, end-of-arm tooling, PLCs, safety standards.
• Proven ability to establish workflows, design reviews, and change control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across software, mechanical, electrical, and controls.
• Own governance across projects, approve architecture and design decisions.
• Ensure quality and technical rigor across deliverables.
• Guide execution through concept, risk assessment, engineering, integration, commissioning, FAT/SAT.
• Balance technical scope with budgets and delivery timelines.
• Mentor engineering leads and manage resource allocation.
• Develop and improve engineering processes and documentation.
