Job summary

Shoparize, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Partnership Manager for the DACH region to grow a portfolio of German-speaking accounts and close new partnerships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will represent Shoparize as a trusted e-commerce partner, building relationships with merchants, agencies, and networks, while expanding your expertise and contributing to revenue growth. The role is Amsterdam-based with a flexible remote policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partnerships or business development, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong relationship-building and key-account management skills.
• Native or fluent German and excellent English.
• Analytical mindset with genuine interest in the e-commerce landscape.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented approach to building a new market.
• Willingness to obtain certifications and complete courses.
• Resident of the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of DACH accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional support.
• Identify and pursue new partnerships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Represent Shoparize as a trusted e-commerce partner at events and within the DACH community.
• Continuously develop knowledge in e-commerce, certifications, and advisory capabilities.
• Collaborate with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks and internal teams to improve revenue and satisfaction.
