Vondel Venture Development in Amsterdam is seeking a Partnership Manager for the DACH region. You will manage a portfolio of German-speaking accounts, grow partnerships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and represent us as a trusted adtech partner in the local e-commerce community.

Native or fluent German and excellent English are required; you will build relationships with merchants, agencies and affiliate networks, align on strategy and drive revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in partnerships or business development, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage key accounts.
• Native or fluent German, with excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with genuine interest in e-commerce.
• Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial approach to building a new market.
• Willingness to obtain certifications and complete courses.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of DACH accounts, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support.
• Develop new partnerships with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks and other stakeholders across DACH markets.
• Act as a brand ambassador at DACH industry events and within the local e-commerce community.
• Stay current on industry trends and pursue relevant certifications to expand expertise.
• Collaborate with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks and internal teams to improve revenue and satisfaction.
