In this role, you work on the implementation and continuous improvement of D365 Finance & Operations at group level. You support rollouts and migrations from AX 2009 and other legacy ERP systems. You are part of the ERP team and collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders.

Your Job In a Nutshell

• Analyse business processes together with local and regional key users
• Define functional and performance requirements at group level
• Create functional designs, interfaces and test documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external implementation teams to resolve questions and align on solutions
• Configure and test the system and develop end-user documentation
• Execute and manage data migrations from legacy ERP systems to D365FO via DMF
• Train local key users and support end‑users
• Resolve functional, performance and user‑related issues during roll‑outs and daily use
• Escalate critical issues to the Group ERP Manager when needed
• Participate in core team meetings and rollout activities
• Maintain strong relationships with local key users and ensure consistency across implementations
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics developments and apply new features to improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in D365 Finance & Operations
• Strong expertise in the Finance module
• Experience working in cross‑functional and international teams
• Experience with ERP legacy system migrations is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
• Willing to travel occasionally (+/- 30%)
