Job summary

Eye Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS scale-up in Europe, seeks a growth-focused leader to own and scale an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer.

You will drive regional revenue targets, guide negotiations, expand via MSPs and brokers, and collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Engineering. Travel up to 20% is expected. Fluent in English and Dutch, with a strong data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of Account Executives in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Experience with MSP/VAR/reseller ecosystems and partnerships.
• Background in a commercial role with software or cybersecurity sales; strong discovery and value-based conversations.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC framework and its application.
• Comfort with forecasts, pipelines, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer.
• Drive regional revenue targets and maintain forecast accuracy; conduct deal reviews.
• Support tough negotiations and step into strategic deals to help close.
• Collaborate with MSPs/brokers to expand the pipeline and unlock new revenue streams.
• Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation and with Solutions Engineering on technical support.
• Report pipeline, forecast, and team performance to the Regional Sales Director.
