Job summary

Eye Security in the Netherlands seeks a Junior Cyber Security Consultant to join the Service Delivery team. You will guide onboarding of customers, answer security questions and deliver periodic reviews, while collaborating with TS, Product and Engineering teams to improve customer outcomes.

You’ll learn in a structured environment, grow into more senior consultant roles, and work in a remote-friendly culture with regular meetups across Europe.

Qualifications

• Interest in cyber security; formal qualification not required.
• Basic understanding of small to medium IT networks and Active Directory.
• Strong communication and advisory skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding and security implementations (EDR, cloud monitoring).
• Assess customer security questions and determine appropriate Eye resources.
• Deliver periodic security reviews with tailored advice.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Specialists, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, SO and Threat Intelligence teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve Eye operations and customer relationships.
• Learn from colleagues and contribute ideas to real projects.
• Support second-line technical challenges alongside first-line support.
