Job summary

Proactive Global Airports division in Veghel is seeking a Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst to design, implement and mature cybersecurity processes across complex airport environments. You will blend governance with hands-on operational work, partnering with cybersecurity, delivery, service, digital and project teams to embed secure-by-design and continuous improvement.

Experience with ISO 27001, IEC 62443 and ITIL, plus a relevant degree, will help translate policies into practical

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve cybersecurity processes, procedures, workflows and runbooks.
• Translate cybersecurity policies, legislation and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
• Develop and maintain governance structures, RACI models, templates and guidelines.
• Support the implementation and operationalisation of new cybersecurity capabilities.
• Collaborate with delivery and service teams to embed secure-by-design principles.
• Engage in incident coordination, escalation support and investigations when needed.
• Define KPIs, metrics and reporting for process maturity and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews and evidence collection.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer across the organisation.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to embed resilience principles.

Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst | Airports | Veghel

I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity with a global leader in warehouse automation and intelligent logistics, supporting some of the world’s busiest airports through its dedicated Airports division.

They are looking for a Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst to help build, mature and operationalise cybersecurity processes across complex airport environments.

This is not a purely process-focused role. You’ll combine process ownership, governance and continuous improvement with genuine operational involvement, working closely with cybersecurity, delivery, service, digital and project teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, implement and continuously improve cybersecurity processes, procedures, workflows and runbooks


• Translate cybersecurity policies, legislation and regulatory requirements into practical operational processes


• Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance structures, RACI models, templates, guidelines and documentation


• Support the implementation and operationalisation of new cybersecurity capabilities


• Work closely with delivery and service teams to ensure cybersecurity processes work effectively in day-to-day operations


• Where required, get hands-on with activities such as incident coordination, escalation support, vulnerability handling and complex investigations


• Define KPIs, metrics and reporting structures to monitor cybersecurity process maturity and compliance


• Identify process gaps, operational risks and inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement initiatives


• Support audits, regulatory reviews and evidence collection


• Deliver training, knowledge transfer and process rollouts across the organisation


• Work across technical and non-technical stakeholders to embed secure-by-design and operational resilience principles

What they're looking for

Experience in cybersecurity or a related field, combined with a strong understanding of how cybersecurity operates within real-world operational environments.

You’ll ideally have experience with:

• Cybersecurity process design, documentation and operationalisation


• ISO 27001 and IEC 62443


• NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and/or TSA requirements


• ITIL and service delivery environments


• Cybersecurity governance and operational workflows


• Process maturity, continuous improvement and capability development

Experience within airports, OT, industrial environments, critical infrastructure or other complex operational environments would be particularly valuable.

A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred, alongside strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
