Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst for its Airports business. You will design, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity processes across global airport operations, coordinating with the CDO, legal, operational teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliant service delivery.

You will help translate requirements into practical procedures, establish governance and KPIs, and participate in incidents, vulnerability management, and complex investigations when

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT service management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with process design, governance, and operationalization.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, workflows, and service delivery processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA, TSA requirements, and ITIL.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business IT, or related discipline.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve cybersecurity processes for secure service delivery.
• Translate policies, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations into actionable procedures.
• Establish process governance, KPIs, reporting structures, and compliance monitoring.
• Support onboarding and operationalization of new cybersecurity capabilities and services.
• Conduct process maturity assessments and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, project management, and security teams for secure service delivery.
