Job summary

Proactive Global Airports division in Veghel is seeking a Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst to design, implement and mature cybersecurity processes across complex airport environments. You will blend governance with hands-on operational work, partnering with cybersecurity, delivery, service, digital and project teams to embed secure-by-design and continuous improvement.

Experience with ISO 27001, IEC 62443 and ITIL, plus a relevant degree, will help translate policies into practical

Qualifications

Experience in cybersecurity or related field with operational exposure.
Ability to translate policies into practical processes and workflows.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and risk-based approaches.
Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and continuously improve cybersecurity processes, procedures, workflows and runbooks.
Translate cybersecurity policies, legislation and regulatory requirements into operational processes.
Develop and maintain governance structures, RACI models, templates and guidelines.
Support the implementation and operationalisation of new cybersecurity capabilities.
Collaborate with delivery and service teams to embed secure-by-design principles.
Engage in incident coordination, escalation support and investigations when needed.
Define KPIs, metrics and reporting for process maturity and compliance.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audits, regulatory reviews and evidence collection.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer across the organisation.
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to embed resilience principles.
